先天之日月
後天之陰陽也
Water and fire are the innate elements of the sun and moon, and the
acquired elements of yin and yang.
水和火是太陽和月亮的固有元素，也是陰和陽的後天元素。

體本空靈
不著罣礙
惟情欲動於中
則火炎水涸
性命之基傾矣
The body is inherently empty and free from attachments; only when
emotions and desires stir within does fire blaze and water recede, thus
destroying the very foundation of life.
身體本質上是空無一物、不受任何執著的；只有當情緒和慾望在體內湧動時，才會燃起火焰、退卻水流，從而摧毀生命的根基。

The wonder of observing the mind: Use the eye of wisdom to observe
inward; do not forcibly close the physical eye; then you will be observing the

The method begins with regulating the breath.
調息久則内生精
Prolonged breath regulation will generate internal essence.
精充則不倦
不倦則神旺
When the essence is abundant, one will not tire; when one is not tired,
one's spirit will be vigorous.
精充神旺
肉眼化成慧眼矣
When essence is abundant and spirit is vigorous,
the physical eye transforms into the eye of wisdom.
