碧眼胡僧手托天

And the blue-eyed foreign monk holds up the heavens.

若向此玄玄會得

Orient yourself towards the mysterious and it is realized –

此玄玄外更無玄

Outside of this mystery there is no other mystery.

垂地托天

到底都是一些老掉牙的

已經是邊緣人的了

不足爲訓

倒不如讓年輕人撐起一片天

只有虔敬祝禱合十

那這個玄妙的種子才能生根發芽
