夫天一生水，即太乙之真炁。

Heaven created water through the One.

That is the true power of the Great One.

₡

上天生出了坎水☵

那坎水裏頭

含有太一的真炁（⚍少陰、⚎少陽）

真實而宏大啊

寄於會陰

人得一則生，失一則死。

If a man attains this One he becomes alive; if he misses it he dies.

人得少陰少陽之真炁

兩邊均平則生

偏枯一邊

失其均平則死

然人仗炁而生，人不見炁；魚仗水而活，魚不見水。

But even if a man lives in the power (air, prana) he does not see the power (air), just as fishes live in water but do not see the water.

陰陽不可偏廢

然人之所仗者炁

卻不見炁

而魚之所仗者水

卻不見水

皆因無明垢障

不能歸真反璞ㄆㄨˊ

下意識裏沒關照到真實的生活

以至於丟盔棄甲全然沒有保護

把本性給迷失了

人無炁則死，魚離水則亡。

A man dies when he has no life-air, just as the fishes are destroyed when deprived of water.

炁與水

人與魚

都沒有好好的關照

自然

每況愈下而趨於死亡

故仙人教人抱元守一者，即回光守中。

Therefore the adepts have taught the people to hold fast to the primal and to guard the One; it is the circular course of the Light and the protection of the centre.

那個先天炁、那個水中金、那個一

被剝奪、被取消

生命的質素已不復存在

焉有不死之理

₡₡

故仙人教人

抱一守中

回復到元初的輝耀

重啟金花

守此真炁則可以延年也。然後用法鍛煉，則造成不死之軀矣。

If one guards this true power, one can prolong the span of life, and can then apply the methods of creating an immortal body by "melting and mixing ".

所謂守就是guards（警衛）

高屋建瓴氣勢澎湃之天

居高臨下形勢可謂極佳

仍須置警守中

而內在靈氣之營造

尤須用法鍛煉

融入混之（melting and mixing）

使

剛柔並濟

陰陽調和

以確保此堅

不死之身軀

從來都不是惟一的剛或柔、陰或陽

而是趨於均平的實在
